The release of the new `is_residential_proxy` output for the
[GeoIP2 Anonymous IP database](https://www.maxmind.com/en/geoip-anonymous-ip-database),
which was originally scheduled for today (October 19, 2020), will instead happen
tomorrow (October 20, 2020). We expect the database update will go out around
12:30pm UTC.
